Welcome to www.jhecotouradventures.com (the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by Jackson Hole Eco Tour Adventures ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please review these Terms carefully and keep a copy for your records.

E-Commerce Site

Jackson Hole Eco Tour Adventures is a family-operated wildlife safari company that offers guided tours in the National Parks. Our Site serves to promote and sell these tours. We offer excursions in Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park.

Electronic Communications

By visiting our Site or sending us emails, you are engaging in electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications from us, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Children Under Thirteen

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use our Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

At the time of booking we charge a 10% non-refundable deposit. Beyond that, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours of your tour departure time, all monies are forfeited. We understand that things happen and if there are occurrences beyond your control (such as a family emergency or canceled flight) we can work with you and try to reschedule the tour.

Third-party websites, such as GetYourGuide or Viator, have their own cancellation policies that differ from ours. You must cancel your tour through them instead of us.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected events that may prevent you from joining the tour.

Links to Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites ("Linked Sites"). These Linked Sites are not under the control of Jackson Hole Eco Tour Adventures, and we are not responsible for their content, changes, or updates. We provide these links for your convenience, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement or association with their operators.

Certain services offered through our Site are delivered by third-party providers. By using any product, service, or functionality originating from our Site, you acknowledge and consent that we may share relevant information with these third parties to facilitate the requested services.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association. All disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and class or representative actions are not permitted.

Liability Disclaimer

The information, products, and services included on the Site may contain inaccuracies or errors. Jackson Hole Eco Tour Adventures does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of this content. The Site and all information, products, and services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
